At Afrizoo.co.za, we strive to ensure that you and your furry companions are
completely satisfied with your purchases. However, we understand that sometimes things might not go as planned. Therefore, we have developed a comprehensive return policy to facilitate a seamless shopping experience for you and your pets or farm animals.

Returns Policy

• Our return policy covers all products purchased directly from afrizoo.co.za.

• Products must be in their original condition, unused, and undamaged to be
eligible for a return. Returned products must be in their original unopened
packaging – including any documentation, manuals, warranty cards and other
accessories.

• Cold chain vaccines are non-refundable due to their sensitive temperature
requirements. Since we cannot ensure proper

• Customers may initiate a return within 14 days from the date of delivery.

• After 14 days, we reserve the right to decline the return request.

• We do not accept returns of any products that has been opened, used or that
is not in its original packaging or condition.

• We do not accept returns of vaccines due cold chain protocols.

• To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer service team at
sales@afrizoo.co.za to obtain a Return  Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package being returned.

• Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is
due to an Afrizoo.co.za error or product defect.

• Once we receive the returned product and verify its eligibility, we will initiate
the refund process.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the
purchase.

• Please allow 14 – 30 days for your return to be inspected and for us to create
your credit voucher/arrange your refund

• At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. Customers may return the
unwanted item(s) and place a new order for the desired product(s).

• You can return an unwanted product to us at no charge (excluding delivery and
collection charges), provided that

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately.

• We may request photographic evidence of the damage for our records before authorizing a return.

• In the event of a defective product, please notify us via email or phone, providing order details and photographic evidence showcasing the issue. Our team will review the case promptly and, if deemed eligible, provide a prepaid shipping label for return. Upon receipt of the product, a full refund or replacement will be issued. Note that damages caused by misuse or neglect will not be accepted.

• You will have up to 14 days from delivery to you or collection by you to log a return for a defective product

• Should a product be damaged or defective at the time of delivery, the cost of delivery and collecting the product from you, and replacing such a product shall be for our account.

• Final sale items, including clearance and promotional items, are not eligible for
return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Afrizoo reserves the right to make changes to this return policy without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review the policy periodically for any updates or modifications.
